We offer free shipping and applies to standard shipping only. Most domestic deliveries are via FedEx Ground, USPS or other ground service carrier.
Shipping services are not available for P.O. Boxes, FPO, DPO, and APO addresses or U.S. Territories.
Due to COVID-19 crisis that affects the economies & operations negatively impacted all around the world, shipping times may take longer than expected and a delay of 5-10 business days or more may occur.
We have fulfilment centers in the USA (but not limited to international warehouses). Depending on the warehouse, current stock and demand, most of our products shipping usually takes 7-15 Business Days. Other products, though few, may take longer shipping time and we will indicate this in the product page.
However, depending on the product and your location, and some products may require handcrafting work in advance, these factors may cause delay on shipping by a few days.
UK, Canada and Australia
Same with the above but usually takes at least 15-30 days.
International Shipping (Other than US, UK, Canada and Australia)
Due to the pandemic and our commitment to give you better service, we encourage orders from the USA, UK, Canada and Australia at this time. Though you can still order, shipping for other countries other the aforementioned ones may take at least 30 days.
Some products do not ship internationally. We will get in touch if your order cannot be shipped in your country and refund in full.

Delivery address cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order. We strive to speed up processing and shipping time so we have small window time to correct any incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately should you have provided incorrect shipping address.
Lost of Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or packages. If your tracking information states that your package has already been delivered and you have not received it, kindly check it with the respective shipping carrier. If you have question on how to do this, please do contact us.
Your purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package. We will try our best to only send you one package. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
